  *   Up Scaling - Crossing the Chasm

All modules will have a presentation and an interactive Q&A part in order to work out a solid understanding of the underlying principles.

Hands on Workshop to develop first steps of a typical commercialization path.

  *   Within the setting of individual projects of participants ( either a an individual or in a small group )   we will apply and discuss the Mapping scientific solutions/results to anticipated  market needs and

  *   the key elements of a business model

  *   After completion of the guided  workshop each project should have a first stepping stone for a potential commercialization path.

  *   We will share and discuss our findings in order to maximize our learning opportunity
